General Terms and Conditions
- The offer can only be availed through the Hero Electric Website.
- The offer is valid only till 31st August 2020.
- Hero Electric reserves the right to change and/or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notification.
- Personnel must register on promo.heroelectric.in to avail the offer.
- No two offers can be combined. If there is another ongoing offer on Hero Electric Vehicles, it can not be clubbed with this scheme under any circumstance.
- Every 50th customer will get the bike which he purchased free. (Free e-bike to every 50th , 100th, 150th , 200th , 250th booking and so on). Marketing will announce the winner through Corpcomm / Digital medium as required. Customer will make booking on HE website portal with Rs.2999/- only. Booking amount is not refundable. Other charges like insurance, RTO charges etc will be borne by the customer.
- After the scheme ends, there will be a lucky draw from all the vehicles purchased during this Freedom offer and 10 customers stand a chance to win Glyde E-scooter free of cost.
- The customer who gets the free bike cannot avail of the 3 days free return facility.
- By participating in the scheme you acknowledge agreement to all Hero Electric Terms and Conditions mentioned on this website.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- The customer needs to pay only the booking amount of INR 2999 to make his booking.
- The payment needs to be made through any of the payment modes provided on this website.
- Balance payment on vehicle value needs to be paid by the customer to the dealership at time of delivery of the vehicle.
- Once Booked Orders cannot be cancelled
- No other means of payment (partial or full) will be accepted by any Hero Electric employee, associate, or vendor.
- The customer does not reserve the right to approach any Hero Electric dealership, outlet, employee, or partner to avail refund against booking in means of cash, credit, accessories, service, or exchange value.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Delivery of the vehicle will take place only after fulfillment of complete payment i.e. Balance Payment after deducting Booking Amount and Discount Value.
- Delivery of the vehicle will take place at the dealership as per availability of the vehicle.
- Priority of delivery will be in accordance to booking date of the customer.
- In case of non-fulfillment of the order, customers can raise a complaint on the Hero Electric Website or through our Customer Support Number.
- Return Policy
- The bike will have to be returned back by the customer physically to the showroom even if it was delivered by the dealer to my doorstep. In case the showroom is closed due to lockdown etc the I will handover the bike to the nearest point specified by the dealer.
- Customer will be fully responsible for the safety and security of the bike.
- In case of any theft/untracability of bike the money will be returned to customer only after bike is repossessed and deduction done including expenses and resale value.
- In case of accident the money will be refunded to Customer after estimating the diminished value of the bike including the cost of repairs /replacement of parts.
- In case of minor scratches/dents etc the money will be refunded to Customer after adjusting the repair/replacement charges.
- In case of any delay beyond 72 hours, no money will be refunded and the bike will be deemed to have been accepted by Customer. The invoicing of the bike will be automatically done immediately after the 72 hours period in case the bikes are not physically handed over back to dealer by Customer.
- Customer will use the bike sparingly and within close vicinity.
- The invoice and the other documents of this bike will be given only after the 3 days period.
- Customer will be paid the balance amount after adjustments as above if any and deduction of Rs.200 towards the inspection and cleaning/ servicing of the returned bike. Customer will accept the balance amount as the full and final settlement without any raising any objections or dispute.
REFERRAL PROCESS AND AGREEMENT
Referral Scheme is valid for existing customers / owners of Hero Electric 2-Wheelers only.
To refer a friend, family, colleague, or person of your choice,
- Customers filling in complete and accurate details, along with the person referred by him/her will be contacted via telephone call to establish authenticity
- E-Vouchers will be emailed to the referee customer, after delivery and acceptance of the e-bike by the person referred by him/her
- Discount E-Vouchers will be emailed to the referred customers which can be presented at the dealership to avail discount
Benefits under the Scheme:
- Existing customers of Hero Electric 2-Wheelers will receive benefits of INR 1,000 per referral booking
- You can choose between Amazon Voucher of INR 1,000 or Free Service/Spare Parts worth INR 1,000 valid for 2020-21
- You can refer a maximum of 2 customers, or 2 bikes per customer; consequentially passing on benefits of INR 2,000 per referred person, or INR 4,000 combined to 1 person
- Persons who booked their Hero Electric 2-Wheeler under Schemes 1, 2, 3, and 4 are also eligible to refer and enjoy referral benefits after making the full payment of the vehicle
- In addition, an absolutely free of cost Optima E2 is given to every 50th bike /scooter referred by the existing customer. Thus getting 2 bikes booked gives you twice the chance of winning a free Optima.
